Screen-shot.me is a Windows app with a ton of handy features. It takes screenshots, present them in a basic photo editor and let you upload them to the cloud. After downloading and installing app a small icon appears on the top left corner of desktop. When you right click on the icon you have the option to Add Screenshot to take screenshot. After taking screenshot a basic photo editing tool opens. You can easily adjust and save the screenshot of desired qualitys like small, medium and large size. All the screenshots you take are automatically added to the app’s ‘canvas’, where you can drag them around to re-position them easily. Taken screenshots can sync to cloud by enabling in settings option.

The application works on Windows XP and above Systems. Both 32 and 64-bit are supported.
