How to Install XXU1COH4 Android 5.1.1 Lollipop Official Firmware on Galaxy Note 4 N910C

Now the owners of Samsung Galaxy Note 4 can update their device to XXU1COH4 Android 5.1.1 Lollipop Official Firmware. Before Marshmallow update, this firmware update is final fo the device. This update is available for Poland users via OTA. The rest of the world it will take some time to roll out. Before that, you can manually update the firmware on your device using our tutorial.

  • Enable USB debugging mode from Settings->Applications->Development->USB debugging in your device.

How to Install XXU1COH4 Android 5.1.1 Lollipop Official Firmware on Galaxy Note 4 N910C

1.First, download the XXU1COH4 Android 5.1.1 Lollipop Official Firmware and then ODIN in your computer.Extract the files of firmware package and open ODIN.

2.Now enter into download mode by pressing and holding volume down+home buttons and then power button together.

3.After pressing buttons, the device shows the Samsung logo or the Android Robo, Press Power again to confirm to enter into Download Mode.

5.Now open ODIN on your computer and connect Galaxy Note 4 to your computer while the device is in the download Mode.

6.If your phone is connected successfully, one of the ID:COM boxes will turn yellow with the COM port number.

7.Click on “AP” / “PDA” to select the firmware file and then click on “Start” button to start the process of firmware update.

8.After successful flash/install the firmware the device will restart. Unplug the phone from your computer. It usually takes 5 min time to boot after the firmware update.
