Design and Build
Out of the four, Homtom HT7 has a different design that has curvy top and bottom and sharp edges in the corners. While the other three follows the pattern of same iPhone style flat design with curved corners.
The build of Bluboo Maya comes first with high-quality aviation Aluminum alloy frame with diamond textured back cover. The Umi Rome X built with magnesium alloy frame. The rest two Homtom HT7 and Oukitel U7 Pro built with Plastic, the least of all.
All the four smartphones are having 5.5 inches IPS LCD display and HD resolution. Looking at the additional details of the display features, Homtom HT7, and Oukitel U7 Pro has nothing special to be mentioned.
Umi Rome X has a scratch resistant, full lamination technology and 2.5D curved glass. Bluboo Maya has 2.5D curved glass, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, scratch resistant and 94% color saturation.

Based on the above specifications, it is clear that Oukitel U7 Pro and Umi Rome X are having a bit lower CPU than the other two. Among the Homtom HT7 and Bluboo Maya, they have the same CPU, but Bluboo Maya has more RAM and Storage capacity than Homtom HT7.
Bluboo Maya is coming pre-installed with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. While the remaining three are running on Android 5.1 Lollipop version. In software, Bluboo Maya has more advantage than the other phones.
Homtom HT7 is the lowest in rear camera with a 5MP rear camera. Oukitel U7 Pro, Bluboo Maya and Umi Rome X, all has 8MP rear camera. All of them has single LED flash except Umi Rome X, which has dual LED flash.
In the front camera specs, Bluboo Maya has 5MP camera while the remaining are having an only 2MP front camera.
Oukitel U7 Pro and Umi Rome X has 2500mAh Lithium Ion Battery; Homtom HT7 has 3000mAh Li-Ion Battery, and Bluboo Maya has 2400mAh Lithium Polymer Battery. Though the Bluboo Maya has a lowest capacity battery, it technically has more quality than others, because of the fact that it is made of Lithium Polymer and others are made of Lithium Ion.
Based on the Build quality, Display features, RAM and Storage, Front Camera and Android version, Bluboo Maya stands out of all the four. Next to it, Homtom HT7 take the second spot with good CPU and battery than the least two smartphones here, Oukitel U7 Pro and Umi Rome X.
