There are several companies trying to be top at high-end segment, but Samsung is still maintaining its place with Note 7 device. Samsung Galaxy Note 7 First Impressions

Coming to the first impressions the device is big and occupies most of your hand. The device holds a good grip in your hand. Looks wise the device is good and leaves a premium finish look. Hardware wise the device is average when it is compared to other devices below the price point. If you own Galaxy Note 5, the device is not worthy to upgrade.

The first thing everyone notice when we use Note 7 is it’s fantastic 5.7 – inch Super AMOLED display. The display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and feels robust build quality. It has a 2K display of 14410×2560 pixels with a pixel density of 518 ppi.

The device is powered by Octa Core processor 4 cores clocked at 2.3GHz and 4 cores clocked at 1.6GHz with Exynos 8890 Octa chipset.  The internal memory of the device is 64GB, and you can upgrade up to 256GB with the help of microSD card slot.

For security, Samsung equipped the Iris scanner and fingerprint scanner in the Note 7. Along with these the device also has traditional locking features like Swipe, Pattern lock, and PIN.

When you are talking about Note series first thing comes to our mind is S-Pen stylus. The company has upgraded its feature, now in Note 7 the pen is completely waterproof. Next major upgrade is USB Type – C port, which is for faster data and charging speeds.
