Elephone is gearing up to launch several smartphones in 2017. The company is also planning to integrate an in-house developed User Interface platform, which will be identical to Xiaomi’s MIUI platform.
Till recently, the popular Chinese-based company has been releasing smartphones with different names. The latest news is that the Elephone will re-launch C1 Series smartphones after a lull in 2017. Moreover, the Elephone C1 Mini will be the first handset in the series.
The company released a photo teaser, which reveals the names of the existing phones under C1 series. On the extreme bottom of the left side, you can clearly visualize the forthcoming C1 Mini with blue color. Hence, we infer that the phone will release in the Blue color. We can also spot the rear camera sensor.
In a statement released to the press, Elephone said that the product team is planning to release several smartphones under the C1 Series. With the Elephone C1 and C1X already available on the market, you can expect the launch of C1 Max by the end of 2017.
In all probability, the Elephone C1 Mini will be equipped with a 5-inch HD display. The main reason for the decreased display size is mainly because users mostly prefer a smaller size for portability purposes. If you had worked with a 5.5-inch display, you should know that it will be difficult to put inside the pockets. With a 5-inch display, you can clearly visualize the content including the ability to perform phone calls and Whatsapp.
Based on the photo sourced from Elephone, the design of the upcoming Elephone C1 Mini will be similar to that of C1 Max. The phone will offer a premium metal design coupled with enhanced specifications including a camera. You should note that Elephone pays particular attention to the color and we can expect the handset to ship with four different color options including Blue.
We will continue to monitor the developments surrounding Elephone C1 Series and the C1 Mini smartphone.
