Must Read:

Bluboo XFire Review: Design and Build Quality

Bluboo XFire has a decent look for a budget phone. It built with Plastic material with light weight. The back panel is removable where you can see a battery, Macro SIM slot, Micro SIM slot and a memory card slot. It has a 5-inch display with 9.3 mm thickness. In the rear side, it is slightly curved in the edges also curved in all four sides. It is 14.2 cm in height and 7.15 cm in width.

In the top side, both 3.5 mm earphone jack and USB port located. Volume buttons and Power button located in the right side. In the back side, Rear camera and a flashlight placed in the top center.

With the micro arc design in the back panel, it is easy to use the phone with one hand. The phone weighs 149 grams, which is an acceptable weight for a 5-inch screen smartphone. Overall the build quality is decent with a strong plastic panel with light weight.

Bluboo XFire Review: Display

XFire has a 5.0-inch screen with 960 x 540-pixel screen resolution with QHD display. It is a little bit low for an HD display. It gives a good display, but it cannot be the quality of HD display. To improve the quality, Bluboo made the display with OGS and IPS technology. It is a good choice in a budget level.

Bluboo XFire Review: Hardware and OS Performance

Bluboo XFire has a good hardware configuration for a budget-priced smartphone. It is loaded with MTK 6735 64 bit Quad core CPU with clock speed up to 1 GHz frequency. Graphics Processing Unit is fueled with Mali-T 720 processor. In the memory section, it has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM with external memory up to 32 GB, which can be expanded based on requirement.

This combination of Hardware is a great deal for a budget phone. You can use it for day to day normal use without any lagging performance. Except high-end games with loads of data and graphics, we can play all other casual games like clash of clans type of games, Farming games, Candy crush like games without any single glitch in performance. Browsing and multitasking can also be handled without any issue as the processor is a multi-core with the support of GPU.

Bluboo XFire loaded with pure Android 5.1 without any system apps, which added more privacy to the Smartphone when you bought. Additionally, Bluboo promised their support for Cyanogen and MiUi OS, which are third party OS with good user interface. It could be a added advantage in case of the manufacturer support outside ROM to get installed in their product.

Overall, for a low price budget smartphone, this hardware configuration give more value for what you pay. 64 bit Quad core processor, 1 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM is a good value addition.

Bluboo XFire Review: Camera

Camera performance is better than expected. It has a dual camera in Rear and Front. The rear camera has a 8 MP camera lens and the Front camera has 5 MP camera lens. The rear camera also has a flashlight to brightens the dark places to get clarity in pictures. For selfie lovers and snap maniacs, this is a great phone at a budget price. At the same time, the Picture quality and clarity cannot be matched with 13 MP or 21 MP cameras of other smartphones. In Bluboo XFire, you get more value for what you pay, but not the best one. In my opinion, there is no budget phone available with this camera quality, especially the front camera which is of 5 MP. The combination of good camera quality and budget level hardware is a rare combination. Additionally, Videos can be recorded at 1080 pixel quality, which is one of the most needed quality nowadays.

Battery

To fuel the quad-core processor, XFire got a 2750 mAh battery capacity. It stands for two days with normal usage. It is a big size battery for this medium-end device. Even some Snapdragon processor based smartphones are coming with 2750 mAh battery. It says that this battery can give a good amount of backup. To power up the Quad core processor, 1 GB RAM, 5.0-inch display and to do other functions, this battery is a good choice.

Connectivity

4G LTE connectivity is opted in this device, along with GSM, 3G, and WiFi as other internet connectivity options. Bluetooth and GPS connectivity also added to enhance other connectivity functions. OTA option is also available.

Other Features

The Audio functions are having very good features in Bluboo XFire. It has a dual mic to reduce the noise reductions and has a high-quality AAC speaker. Also, it has a Gesture operating functions which are added as built-in gesture recognition chip and Gesture control program.
