In Box Contents

OnePlus like to package its each and every component in a great linear manner, which is not at all flashy, and will surely make you look at something really premium. Hence like always the box of the OnePlus Bullets Wireless is top notch, when you open the same you get two different things, a carry case, and the usual set of earphones, the earphones being a wireless unit doesn’t have really long wires, and are still a flat type one, more about the looks ahead in the article.

The carry case inside the box comes in the flashy Red color which is the trademark color of OnePlus. The carry case is a hard one which also has a OnePlus logo on it in white color. Overall the box looks quite great and has a good amount of heft in it. Inside the box we get a couple of reading manuals on how to operate the device, and how does it looks, and also a charging cable, again in the red and white color scheme. The charging cable had to be a flat type as per OnePlus’s style language.

Earphones Looks

The cable of the OnePlus Bullets earphone are not flat type but is a really small cable and we are not going to have any issues with it getting entangled. The neckband on the earphone comes with the same flat type cable, which will rest on your neck easily. The right side earphone has a mic and a button on the cable which is to take and end the calls.

The earphones are angled ad the top portion of the earphone has a CD like structure, this gives the earphone a premium look, even the CD design is surrounded by the OnePlus’s trademarked Red Color.

Earphones are having a loop on the top which is in order to be gripped in the ears and you can use the earphones while running and doing some sports activity, The neckband has two long plastic sections which hare rubberized. These sections have the OnePlus logo and even OnePlus written on them. Overall the earphones get a nice look and it does look premium on the first go.

Earphone Ergonomics

The earphones have a slightly tilted ear tip which goes inside the ears easily, there are a couple of different sizes of foam which you can use in order to use the earphones. Do note that you will be having a hard time if you don’t use the right size of ear tips for your ears.

Also, the earphone has a rubber back on the top which will be held inside the ear so that they don’t fall off while using, this rubber loop is also soft, and will not hurt your ears even in the long run.

There are three sets of loops and hence you can change them according to the size of your ears. Ear tips of the earphone are made up of rubberized material which is the same you can find on other devices, hence you must be protected so they don’t get bad too early,  and you have to get a new set.

Features

In terms of features, there is no such feature where the earphones are going to dance for you, or anything unique, the main selling point of the earphones is the price point of 69$ where you can’t even get a good quality wired earphone, and OnePlus is providing an excellent quality wireless one.

The earphones are capable of lasting for 8 hours when using continually for audio at 70% volume, and for 10.5 hours of calls. Although the company claims up to 12 hours for the audio, that will vary with the soundtrack you are playing.  The earphones are able to charge with the latest generation Type – C cable, which is the best feature of the earphone, as it makes it the only earphone supporting the Type – C cable.

Sound Quality

The sound quality of the earphones can be rated just around the average mark, although for the price point you can say with the wireless earphone it is a great unit. The earphone is surely not made for audiophiles but can easily make you tap your feet on the rhythm of the music.

Base on the earphones are quite well pronounced and same goes for the mids, the earphone lacks is on the high-end spectrum of the music, and this makes the earphone a bit behind when compared to the other earphones. Although when you are listening to the music while working out and while traveling you will be filled with the extra energy that you need from the music.

Verdict

Overall the OnePlus Bullet Wireless is an extremely well-pronounced earphone, if you are using a OnePlus device then it is a must grab, as there are features such as auto pair enabled with the OnePlus devices, which does lack for other Androids.
