Install add-ons on Google Docs

  1. So all you need to do is open a Google Doc and click on the “add-on” option at the top of the screen.
  2. Here search for your required add-on to install inside Google Docs.

Once you have found the required add-on, you can just install it from the “Free” button which is how you can download it.

Uninstall add-ons on Google Docs

Uninstalling the add-ons is also simple which can be done from Google Docs itself. You will have to go to the ‘Add-ons’ tab beside the ‘Tools’ tab.

  1. Click on it and you will see the options from which you have to select the ‘Manage Add-ons’ option.
  2. After that, you will see the list of installed add-ons. To uninstall a particular add-on, click on the ‘more options’ button next to it and click on uninstall.
