Amazon Prime Video is one of the biggest online streaming services in India. Now the company is in the news for its latest integration of Cable TV channels in India. It is not new to the online streaming services, this service is already available in countries like United States, United Kingdom, and Japan.

The news comes from The Hindu Business Line, where they stated that the company is planning to bring the service to the Indian market soon. The exact date and other details of the service are not available at the moment. But we are expecting the service will start in India in a couple of months.
According to the reports, to access the cable TV channels, the user needs to have a Prime Subscription plan and also it is optional to choose the TV channel as a part of their subscription plan.
It is unclear how the revenue model works in both the Prime and cable TV channels. We are expecting when the user pays the monthly or yearly subscription price to the Amazon, some part of the amount goes to the cable TV channels.
