As far as smartphones are concerned, we are coming to the end of this year and it is fair to say that Apple’s 2019 iPhones have been the best so far. Now, this is because even though the Google Pixel 3 series was the best in terms of camera, the iPhones have caught up very well this year.

Before the rise of Google Pixel phones, we had Apple’s iPhones as the undisputed photography king every year. But now that the competition has ramped up its efforts, we still have Apple as the best and that does say something about Apple’s prowess in stills and videos.

Talking about photography, lighting is a key in low-light conditions while it does not matter in perfect lighting conditions. Therefore, low-light conditions demand the use of flash which is present on every device around the world.

However, it often happens that the flash on our phone is either not adequate or too much. Thus, we have always been looking for external lighting solutions and we have our first such solution thanks to Anker.

Anker has just launched a new iPhone accessory which is an external flash that gets connected to the lightning port on your device. Basically, this can be used as a way to project light on something which is not fitted on to your phone.

So you have a wire which can be extended as per need to project light wherever you want and not just in the camera’s direction. Now, we know that iPhone 11’s camera is very close to professional gear and with the addition of this accessory, we can achieve the perfect photography setup.

As far as its price is concerned, Anker has launched this MFi certified accessory for just $49.99. Also, the iPhone will detect Anker’s accessory and trigger flash whenever the photo is clicked so you don’t have to. You can take 10,000 shots per charge on this accessory as per Anker’s claim and its diffusor can also be detached.
