Apple's latest iPhones will have an Apple SIM + SIM card; dual SIM in China

Apple has been gearing up for the launch of the latest iPhones in 2018 which will be released in September this year. We know that there are still 3 months left for the unveiling of latest iPhones. However, there is plenty of information available for the latest iPhones that will be launched by Apple.

First of all, we came to know that there will be more than two variants of the iPhones launched this year. Traditionally, Apple launches the regular variant and the Plus variant of iPhone. Last year, the company also launched the iPhone X which was the anniversary edition marking 10 years of iPhone launches

Now, it is known that the company will launch a variant of the iPhone with LCD display as well which will not have a $999 price same as last year’s iPhone X. Apart from that, we have a new information surfacing about the latest iPhones. In a recent report, we have learned that 2018 iPhones will have dual SIM capabilities in China.

However, it is known that Apple will release the global variants with an Apple SIM and a global SIM. To recall, we saw the first Apple device with Apple SIM launched in 2014 as the Apple iPad Air 2.

This means that the Apple SIM will be seen in the next iPhones if the report turns out to be true. Now, Apple SIM is a solution from the company which offers the best benefits to the customers. With the Apple SIM embedded inside the iPhones, the users will be able to quickly change the wireless provider depending on which one is offering the best price, conditions and amount of data.

This is very much similar to the Project FI SIM that has been launched by Google a few years back. Moreover, you will be glad to know that Apple SIM already supports all the countries around the world excluding China which is the reason why Chinese variants are reported to have Dual SIM variants.
