Asus has just launched the Zenfone Max Pro M2 in India. This smartphone is the successor to Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 launched last year. The smartphone is the second smartphone in the Zenfone Max Pro series from Asus. The Zenfone Max Pro M2 also comes with Stock Android same as Max Pro M1. Now that the Zenfone Max Pro M2 is official, we have all the details regarding this smartphone. The Zenfone Max Pro M2 features a display with a notch, as a single camera on the front and a dual camera setup on the rear.

The specifications of the Zenfone Max Pro M2 are great too. The device features a 6.3-inch display which is a Full HD+ panel with a 19:9 aspect ratio. Along with that, Asus has provided the latest Gorilla Glass 6 in this device for protection against scratches. Along with that, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 is powered by Snapdragon 660 SoC and Adreno 512 GPU. The smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo which is purely stock in nature. However, it is a year old version of Android as the latest version of Android is 9.0 Pie

The cameras on the device have great specifications as well. On the back, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 has 12MP primary and a 5MP secondary camera. There is a 13MP camera on this device for selfies as well. Moreover, this selfie camera has a LED flash too. The device has 64GB and 128GB of internal storage options which can be expanded up to 2TB with the help of microSD card.

On the other hand, the Zenfone Max Pro M2 draws power from the massive 5000 mAh non-removable battery. The disappointing thing about this battery is that it does not support fast charging. Therefore, it should take a lot of time to fully charge this device from nil. The smartphone is launched in Russia for 17990 Rubles which comes down to US $269. For Indian pricing, we need to wait for the device to be officially launched in India
