Most of the people think 5G Internet is not available in most of the countries. They think it is available in just one or two countries like the USA, the UK, and Switzerland.

But, it is not true. Every continent has got vast number of countries connected to the 5G internet.  At the same time, not every country has got complete 5G access as of now. In most of the countries it is still in development stage. Very few countries have 5G connectivity for majority of its population.

Even though 5G network is available, people are not opting it due to various reasons including cost, non- availability of capable devices etc. Let us see in which countries 5G internet is available now.

Americas

In North America, 5G is available in United States, and Canada. In Puerto Rico and Mexico, it is in testing stage. In South America, only Brazil has got 5G, while Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Aruba are still under testing phase.

Asia

In Asia, surprisingly many countries have rolled out 5G for general public. South Korea, Japan, China, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Israel, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Philippines, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain opened 5G internet access to public in selected areas.

In India, Indonesia, Turkey, Vietnam, Iran, Malaysia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka, Cambodia and Tajikistan, 5G internet is still under testing phase.

Africa

South Africa, Madagascar and Uganda are the three countries that have 5G in Africa, while others are still developing their technology to adopt and use 5G services.

Europe

Norway, Germany, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, Finland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Faroe Islands, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Sweden, Poland, France, Estonia, Latvia, Denmark, Azerbaijan, Netherlands, Monaco and Belgium has 5G internet service in many of their cities.

Oceania

Australia, New Zealand and Guam have got 5G internet services in their country.
