Xiaomi officially released its second-generation foldable smartphone and named it Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 just a couple of weeks ago. Less than a month after the launch, there are now reports regarding another flagship smartphone from the same Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi.

According to a famous Weibo tech blogger, DCS, the Xiaomi 13 iterative standard version will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. Likewise, he also revealed that this device will use a 2.5D flexible screen and the display size is about 6.36 inches. In addition to that, this display sustains a high refresh rate of 120Hz and uses a single center punch-hole design with ultra-narrow bezels.

This model is probably the traditional version of the Xiaomi 13 series. In the previous month July, the DCS said that the Xiaomi 13 series will use a 2K resolution 120Hz refresh rate curved screen. He also pleads that the engineering model has a ceramic version manufactured by BYD.

In terms of battery life, the Xiaomi 13 series engineering model assumes a multi-pole single-cell answer. Also, the battery supports 100W fast charging by the technology called self-developed fast charging IC. This series is also gonna support the maximum 50W wireless fast charging.

According to the ice universe, the Xiaomi 13 sequence will use the Samsung Galaxy S22’s four-frame equal-width technology in the upcoming Xiaomi series. The earlier digital flagship, Xiaomi 12S was released in July 2022.

This device uses a 2400 × 1080 resolution and sustains a 120Hz high refresh rate OLED screen. This device comes with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC as well as a built-in 4500 mAh battery. It supports 67 Watt wired fast charging, 50 Watt wireless fast charging, and 10 Watt wireless reverse charging. In the camera division, the Xiaomi 12S comes with a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 13-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 5-megapixel telephoto macro lens.
