Google Duo Is Already Testing ‘Low Light’ mode And ‘Group Video Call’ Features

Google Duo

Google Duo begins to boost its dynamics with new features. At the beginning of the month, Google made it clear that its ecosystem of messaging applications is about to change, leaving Google Duo as one of the alternatives for users. Since its launch, this app has received a few important updates. But this panorama is about to change as it seeks to improve its dynamics in 2019.

As mentioned in AndroidPolice, some users are already testing one of the most requested features, the possibility of making group video calls. In this first stage, the app will allow group calls with up to 7 people, which will start with a simple process.

To make a video call in a group, the user has to click on the option “Create group”, then select up to seven contacts, name the group and can start the video call. The video call will appear on the split screen with the participants. Easy and practical, which will avoid the task of having to initiate communication with a member to add others, as it works in other apps.

Another feature that has started to test Google Duo is the Low Light mode, which we can activate when the lighting conditions of the environment are very low. The application will adjust the brightness of the video software to make it clearer.

Ofcourse, these two features are ultimate but the comments provided by users, is that once the video call started, it can no longer be added to anyone else. Regardless of whether we have not reached the limit of 7 members. Taking into account, it is possible that Google might consider the feedback from users.
