Huawei’s sister company, Honor, launched the Honor 8C. Along with the Honor 8C, the company also launched the Honor Band 4 in India. The Honor Band 4 is a successor to the Honor Band 3 in India. Also, it gives competition to the likes of Xiaomi Mi Band 3 and the FastTrack Reflex. Now that the Honor Band 4 has been released, we have got all the specifications regarding this fitness band. You will be pleased to know that the Honor Band 4 comes with an AMOLED display same as the Mi Band 3.
There is a 0.95-inch AMOLED touch display on the Honor Band 4. There are tons of sensors on the Honor Band 4 such as Continuous Heart rate sensor, Sleep Tracker, Exercise Tracker, Pedometer, Sedentary reminder, 6-axis sensors, infrared wearing detection. Along with that, Honor Band 4 supports Bluetooth 4.2 to connect with your smartphone. The Honor Band 4 also has NFC support. To keep the smartwatch active all the time, there is a 100 mAh non-removable battery as well.
Similar to the Mi Band 3, Honor Band 4 also has support for notifications for Calls & texts along with mute option. This means that you can mute your calls directly from your Honor Band 4 if you are in the middle of something important. Apart from that, Honor Band 4 performs the tasks of a fitness smartwatch such as to track the calories burnt, distance covered, steps and swimming speed. Now, the swimming speed counter is a feature that is unique to the Honor Band 4.
As for the water resistance of the Honor Band 4, it is water-resistant up to 50 meters. One other interesting feature of the Honor Band 4 is TruSleep 2.0 technology which employs cardiopulmonary coupled dynamics spectrum (CPC) to monitor a user’s sleeping patterns including REM mode. The Honor Band 4 is priced at 199 Yuan in China so it is expected to be priced at around the Rs. 2100 mark in India.
