Great news! Lenovo is definitely not resting on its oars. It is ferociously determined to do battle with the rest of its siblings in winning over your heart, pocket, and eye. Fresh from introducing the Moto Z series in June 2016, the company has launched yet another new line of smartphones as a continuation. Known as the Moto M, it’s a beautiful medium-range piece of art.

The new phone comes with a metal body with a curvy tilt on the corners, and the company logo prominently displayed on the bottom of the screen. It will come equipped with a back-facing and presently consumer-obsessed fingerprint sensor.

The screen is a 5.5 inch full HD beauty with 1920 x 1080 resolution. Processing power comes from a heavy-duty MediaTek MT6755 that bolts at 2.1 GHZ and are lovingly coupled to a Mali T860 GPU. 4GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory makes up the other team members. There is currently no information on external SD card support. But, omitting such would be almost a crime, so get your SD card happy and ever ready.

The OS will be the delicious Android 6 Marshmallow. But don’t be depressed cos it is going to be updated pretty soon to the fab Android 7.0 Nougat.

Cameras will be 16MP rear with LED flash and a front selfie-making 5MP shooter. The battery is a 3000mAh beast that will hopefully have a Turbo Charging power adapter that effectively reduces charging periods to the barest possible minimum.

For productive busy-bodies, the device will come equipped out of the box wielding Microsoft apps like Skype, One Drive and the eponymous Microsoft Office.

Launch period? It is expected to soon launch in the bottomless Chinese market. The US market is probably ruled out though. As for the rest of the world, we shall soon see and keep you updated.
