Lenovo has now launched the Z5s in China. The Lenovo Z5s comes with waterdrop notch, Snapdragon 710 processor and triple rear cameras. Apart from that, Lenovo also unveiled the Lenovo Z5 Pro along with Snapdragon 855 processor. However, the smartphone will be available next year as the latest chipset from Qualcomm was just launched last month. The Lenovo Z5 Pro will also become world’s first smartphone to launch with 12GB of RAM.

Talking about the Lenovo Z5s, the smartphone has a 6000-series aluminium frame and Corning Gorilla glass on the back panel. On the back of the Lenovo Z5s is a triple camera setup. This looks similar to Huawei P20 Pro’s triple camera setup. The fingerprint scanner of Lenovo Z5s is also present on the back. The Lenovo Z5s also features a P2i splash-resistant coating which provides resistance against water splashes.

The Lenovo Z5s has a 6.3-inch display with a waterdrop notch. The Lenovo Z5s has a Full HD+ display at a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. This device has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The smartphone also has a screen-to-body ratio of 92.6%.

As we mentioned earlier, the Lenovo Z5s has a powerful SoC from the inside too. This is the Snapdragon 710 processor which is the latest premium mid-range SoC from Qualcomm. Also, the smartphone has 4 and 6GB RAM options. Apart from that, the Lenovo Z5s has 64GB and 128GB internal storage options.

Lenovo has not included a microSD card slot on this device. This means that the internal storage on this device is not expandable. The smartphone has a 3300 mAh non-removable battery. This device has a USB type-c port and 15W charging support. The Lenovo Z5s runs on Android 9.0 Pie based on company’s ZUI 10. ZUI is Lenovo’s skin of Android present on all their smartphones. The device is launched at 1398 Yuan in China for the base variant.
