Meizu X8 Powered by Snapdragon 710 Processor to be Launched Soon

Meizu is yet to make it big when it comes to the smartphone markets in India. However, the company has been launching smartphones in flagships, mid-range and entry-level segment around the world. Now, it is believed that the company is going to launch a new mid-range smartphone very soon. This information was shared by the CEO of Meizu himself in their community forums. Jack Wong shared the information about the existence of a smartphone named Meizu X8 which is launching soon. Also, this smartphone will be powered with Snapdragon 710 processor.

Talking about the processor, the Snapdragon 710 is the first chip in the Snapdragon 700 series by Qualcomm. Also, this chipset has 10nm FinFet technology which was only seen on Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 series earlier. Now, it is also known that Snapdragon 710 is seen on two smartphones thus far launched recently. These smartphones are the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE and the Vivo NEX A. With the launch of Meizu X8, it will become the third smartphone to be powered by Snapdragon 710. Also, it is seen as a processor which gives performance similar to last year’s Snapdragon 800 series processors. Also, the Meizu X8 will have Adreno 616 GPU and Kyro 360 CPU.

As far as the Meizu X8 is concerned, there is no information currently available regarding the smartphone apart from the name. Also, the specific launch date of the Meizu X8 is not known yet as well. However, we have known that Meizu is also launching some new smartphones very soon. These smartphones will be named as the Meizu 16 and 16 Plus. However, the Meizu 16 series will be the flagship series from Meizu this year which will be powered by dual or triple camera setup and the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor.
