OnePlus has finally launched the much-awaited colour variant of the OnePlus 6T. This variant is named as the ‘Thunder Purple’ by OnePlus and it has a gradient of Purple on the back. Also, if you are familiar with OnePlus products than you must be aware that OnePlus does not introduce new colours in the base variant. Same is the case this time too as the OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple is available in 8GB RAM variant only. This means that if you want to own the OnePlus 6T in Thunder Purple than you have to shell out more money than the base variant.

As far as the pricing is concerned, the OnePlus 6T starts at Rs. 37,999 in India. The base variant of the OnePlus 6T comes with 6GB of RAM and has 128GB of internal storage. This is twice the internal storage for the base variant than the OnePlus 6. Moving upwards in the chain, the OnePlus 6T also comes in 8GB RAM variant which has 128GB of internal storage. This variant of the OnePlus 6T costs Rs. 41,999 in India. This will be the only variant in which the Thunder Purple variant will be available in India and other parts of the world.

Talking about the OnePlus 6T, the device comes with a 6.4-inch notched display which is known as a waterdrop notch. Because the notch only houses the front camera and it looks like a waterdrop. Apart from that, the display is an AMOLED panel and gives a Full HD+ resolution. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 845 processor and has Adreno’s latest GPU too. Along with that, OnePlus has added some nifty features to the device too. Such as Nightscape mode for low-light photography and addition of in-display fingerprint scanner. However, the OnePlus 6T doesn’t have a headphone jack which is the only downside of this device.
