We know that Oppo has been quiet for some time in the Indian markets but that would not be for any longer because the company has now announced their new smartphone’s launch date. This will be the flagship series of phones from Oppo in the Oppo F17 series. In this series, we will see the launch of Oppo F17 as well as the Oppo F17 Pro which will be the best-in-class for this year from the company. As we have already written, the Oppo F17 series will be the “sleekest phone of 2020” as per the company both in terms of slimness and weight.
Obviously, we don’t know much about the Oppo F17 Pro “officially” but we do know a lot unofficially based on leaks. However, we do know a lot from official press releases as well and the company has already shared the design of their device. From the official video, we can see that the smartphone will come with four cameras at the back added with two cameras at the front making it a smartphone with six cameras. However, we have seen that some of the back cameras are a total waste in some other phones so our judgement is reserved on that matter.
In addition, the design is similar to the leaked iPhone 12 renders with a four-camera box layout at the back. There will definitely be a camera bump at the back even though the company has tried to do its best to hide it as much as possible. One more thing that we can notice is that the devices will come in a range of colour options including Orange, Blue, Dark Blue as well as all of them look to have a glossy finish. With this device once again, Oppo is flaunting the camera prowess and we will see how good it is in that department.
