Players Unknown Battleground also known as PUBG has wreaked havoc in the gaming industry. Even since the game is available, people have been going gaga over it. Earlier this year, PUBG announced a new version of its game for Android and iOS named as PUBG Mobile.
Before that, the game was available only on PCs. Now that PUBG Mobile has been launched, we have seen each and everyone getting addicted to the game. Also, PUBG Mobile players are also on the lookout for the latest updates which make the gameplay even better.
Well, we have just heard that the game has gotten a new update on Android and iOS. This update brings the much-awaited Vikendi Map to the popular game. Vikendi Map is a snow map specially designed for holidays and winters. Tencent Games has also announced that Vikendi Snow Map will be available starting today on PUBG for PC.
However, the Vikendi Map will take time to show up for Android and iOS devices. That is, the Vikendi Map will release on December 20 for PUBG Mobile.
Apart from the new snow map, there are several bug fixes as well as features added to the game too. This new update comes in at a massive 1.2 GB download size so you should save data for this update. The developers of PUBG have announced that Vikendi Map is a 6 x 6km snow map which will be available on PUBG Mobile at 0:00 UTC(5.30 am IST) on December 20.
However, the matchmaking for this map will start 24 hours after the map is made available. This means that you will not be able to play the game with this map available until December 21 at the earliest.
