Realme has made a smartphone announcement once again in the Indian markets. At this point, we have seen more smartphones launched from Xiaomi and Realme in the Indian markets as compared to other manufacturers in combination. Now, this is not necessarily a bad thing as consumers get more options. The latest product launch from Realme is regarding the Realme XT which is its first 64MP camera phone in the Indian market. In fact, this will be the first time that any 64MP camera phone goes on sale in India. We also expect the Xiaomi Note 8 Pro with 64MP primary camera to make an appearance next month.

Talking about the Realme XT, the main highlight of this smartphone is the 64MP primary camera at the back. However, it is not the only thing that you should look forward to in the latest Realme phone. In terms of display, Realme XT comes with a quad-camera setup which will be seen on Redmi Note 8 Pro as well. As far as specifications are concerned, Realme XT comes with an upper mid-range Snapdragon 710 processor and starts with 4GB RAM. However, the RAM and storage options on the device go up to 8GB and 128GB respectively.

While there is a 64MP primary camera at the back of Realme XT, we also have an 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP depth and a 2MP macro lens. Apart from that, you get 20W fast charging on the device which gives charge to the 4000 mAh battery present inside. The speed of Realme XT’s fast charging is the same as OnePlus’ Dash Charge technology. However, we know that the OnePlus 7 Pro comes with an even faster 30W Warp Charge technology.

Coming to the price, Realme XT starts at just Rs. 15,999 for the base variant and will be available from Flipkart and Realme Store. The smartphone will go on sale in India starting from September 16.
