Samsung is known to be working on an all-new midrange smartphone series. This series will be named as the Samsung Galaxy M series. Now, there are reports which suggest that the Galaxy M series will be better than the Galaxy J series. As far as Galaxy M series is concerned, there will be three smartphones in this series at launch. These smartphones will be named as the Galaxy M10, M20 and the M30.
Now, it is also known that the Galaxy M10 will be the entry-level smartphone in this segment. The Galaxy M20 will be the mid-tier smartphone whereas the Galaxy M30 will be the premium smartphone in the M series. Similarly, the pricing will be different for all the three smartphones. We now have pricing information of two of these smartphones namely the Galaxy M10 and M20.
As per reports, the Galaxy M10 will start at Rs. 8,990 in India which is equivalent to $126 in the US. As for the Galaxy M20, the device is believed to be priced at Rs. 12,990 in India. These type of aggressive pricing is never seen before from Samsung in India. One of these reasons for this pricing could be the competitors like Xiaomi, Realme and Redmi which are giving great specifications at aggressive pricing. There are no reports regarding the price of Galaxy M30 in India but it is expected to be slightly more than Galaxy M20.
Galaxy M10 from Samsung is expected to be powered by Exynos chipset. The device will have a 3400 mAh non-removable battery as well. The Galaxy M10 will have up to 3GB of RAM too. Samsung Galaxy M20 is expected to come with 5000 mAh battery, larger display than the M10 and a better Exynos SoC. Both the M10 and M20 from Galaxy M series will have a dual camera setup on the back.
