You also must live in the U.S and have to provide the credit card number to the Spotify that it will use to charge after the free 6 months premium trial is over.

This offer is exclusively available to Galaxy S10 owners in the US. The devices include Galaxy S10, S10+, S10e, S10 5G, Galaxy Fold, and select Galaxy A models come with Spotify pre-installed.
