Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ got Android 6.0 Marshmallow update in India and France. Samsung was in a hurry of releasing the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. After the busy days, now they released the Marshmallow update for the S6 Edge+ in India and France. Earlier, the update was released in Malaysia and now rolled out in India and France. They will send the update through OTA (Over the air) to the selected Samsung models. The update is around 1400MB in size and takes a little longer to download. So, it is recommended to use Wifi instead of mobile data.

Samsung has been releasing many updates for their devices and now the turn is of S6 Edge+. The update comes with the integrated and specially designed version for the device and with fixes for the bugs found in previous versions of the OS. The enhanced processing capability of the oS will also a good point to note on the latest update of the device. Samsung will be rolling out more updates in coming days for the siblings too.
