We all have heard hundreds of times about the Titanic. If you are unaware about Titanic for some reason then we would like to give you a brief description of it. Basically, Titanic was a royal cruise ship which set sail in Southampton, England more than 100 years ago. Unfortunately, the ship hit a major iceberg in the middle of the sea and it sank. There were severe casualties in the incident and all of them belonged to royal families of England. However, the interior, as well as facilties of the ship, are still praised all over the world.

Now, we already know that there are plans for building a replica of the original Titanic. This will be named as the Titanic II. Talking about Titanic II, we may further add that the project was launched in 2012 but there have been many hurdles in this project. However, it seems that everything is now finalized and we have a timeline of when the Titanic II will start sail. Yes, you read that right. According to reports, Titanic II will start sailing from 2022. Coincidentally, 2022 will also be 110 years after the original Titanic incident happened which was in 1912.

Giving more details about Titanic II, we have known that 2,400 passengers and 900 crew members will be able to come onboard the royal ship. As mentioned earlier, it will be a replica of the original Titanic and most of the interior will exactly be the same as the original. “The ship will follow the original journey, carrying passengers from Southampton to New York,” Chairman of Blue Star Line Clive Palmer said. Blue Star Line is the company responsible for all the management related to the functioning of Titanic II. Also, Titanic II will travel first from Dubai to Southampton after which the original journey from Southampton to New York will commence.
