The users of Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are complaining about the batteries of their phones. The issue related to the battery is that they are swelling. The users of the respective models are complaining that their batteries tend to swell. The users are not experiencing any problem with battery life. Both of the models have 2915mAh and 3430mAh components respectively. Users of the model are quick to announce their problem on social media. Many of the posts and photos of bloated batteries flooded the internet. The complaints word posted on Google and Reddit. In the photos, it is clearly seen that the battery is swelling very severely. In some of the photos, the rear panel of the phone is lifted off and pushed out.

The users were able to catch the problem with the batteries after they were unable to charge their phone wirelessly. The batteries are sticking out the rear panel of the phone which made it impossible to charge wirelessly. The same problem was also reported by one of the Pixel 4 XL users. The user was experiencing issues in charging the phone wirelessly through the Pixel stand. The user complaint about the phone not charging wirelessly. He returned the Pixel Stand and received a new one. However, he was not able to charge the phone even with the new stand. As a result, he came to the conclusion that the problem was with his Pixel phone.

One of the Reddit users also accused Google of not admitting its problem in the Pixel Models. He also suggested that maybe the Pixel 4 XL is discontinued because of this issue. The battery swell issue can be a part of a bigger problem. The users can definitely exchange their models from Google itself. The authorities of Google has said that they will definitely send a new model to all of the users who are experiencing this problem. This facility is although only a one-time thing.
