Xiaomi announces Mi Max 3 with 6GB RAM and 5500 mAh battery

Xiaomi has finally announced their highly anticipated smartphone of the year which is the Mi Max 3. This smartphone is the latest to be announced in the Mi Max series and the announcement has been made in China. Although, the device is most likely coming to the Indian as well as other international markets very soon.

This is because Xiaomi has already mentioned that the demand for this Mi Max series has been great, especially in India. Now, we already mentioned that the Mi Max 3 will be coming with a close-to-phablet display and a massive battery along with it.

Same is the case as the smartphone has now been officially announced by Xiaomi. To begin with, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has an enormous 6.9-inch display which is a Full HD+ one along with minimal bezels at top and bottom. Along with that, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 636 processor.

On the aspect of storage for the Mi Max 3, the device comes with 6GB of RAM for all the processing prowess. In terms of design, the smartphone has its front covered mostly with the display. On the back, we get a dual camera setup as well as a circular fingerprint sensor.

For graphics, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has an Adreno 509 GPU and it also comes with a 4GB RAM variant. Along with that, the device has 64GB and 128GB of storage options where the 128GB variant comes with 6GB of RAM. As expected, the device runs Android 8.1 Oreo as well which is the latest version of Android. However, the device runs on MIUI out of the box which is the custom skin of Android developed by Xiaomi.

Coming to the battery, the device has a massive 5500 mAh non-removable battery to power this 6.9-inch device for a longer time. The Mi Max 3 is announced by Xiaomi starting at Yuan 1699 which is approximately Rs. 17,000 for 4GB variant whereas the 6GB variant is available for 1999 Yuan (approximately Rs. 20,000)
