Xiaomi has unveiled its Mi Band 4 which is the latest smart fitness band in the Mi Band lineup. This fitness band is announced in China at the moment and will be available from next year. Same as the Mi Band 3, Mi Band 4 is available for just CNY 169. However, there are some improvements in the Mi Band 4 as compared to its predecessor.

First of all, the Mi Band 4 now comes with a Colour AMOLED display which is a major change if you have followed the Mi Band lineup closely. Previously, Mi Band devices only came with a monochrome display which also helped in reducing the battery consumption. Now that the devices have an AMOLED display, they also come with larger battery capacity.

Apart from that, there is a small design change on the Mi Band 4 too. We can see that a new circle has been placed on the display of Mi Band 4. This is the button used for going to the home screen as well as other navigations. On the Mi Band 3, this button was similar to a hole in the display which is no longer the case.

Mi Band 4 now comes with a 0.95-inch display as opposed to the previous 0.78-inch display. Also, it has a six-axis accelerometer which helps monitor physical activities such as cycling, exercising, running, swimming and walking. Mi Band 4 is also given the rating of 5 ATM for its water resistance which is enough for swimming long hours.

With the Mi Band 4, you now get the option to make payments via QR code. There are 77 different watch faces included on the Mi Band 4 which will let you take full advantage of the Colour AMOLED display. The starting price of Mi Band 4 at 169 Yuan is same as the Mi Band 3 which indicates that its Indian pricing will also remain the same.
