Xiaomi has just released a new TV in the Chinese market. However, this is not the same Mi TV series that we have come to witness recently. Rather, Xiaomi has launched its new Mi TV with an all-new design. Xiaomi has named this latest TV as the Mi Mural TV. Also, the design of this TV from Xiaomi is very similar to the LG Wallpaper TV from last year. This television is extremely thin and flat and looks same as a wallpaper.

Now, this TV from Xiaomi has a 65-inch panel from Samsung. Due to its thinness, the TV almost sticks to the wall giving it the feeling of a wallpaper. As the TV is advertisied as a wallpaper one, Xiaomi is also bundling artwork from 22 genres and from 45 artists  which can be seen on this TV.

As we mentioned earlier, the Mi Mural TV is extremely thin at just 13.9 mm. Also, it has a flat design at the back so there is no gap between TV and the wall. Xiaomi does not say this but it seems like Xiaomi wants to attract customers who were impressed by LG’s Wallpaper TV or Samsung’s Frame with its Mural TV.

Also, we should understand that it is not possible to add everything inside a TV and achieve such thinness. Therefore, Xiaomi has attached a lower host with this TV. In the host for Mi Mural TV, you will find the power supply cables as well as other ports for HDMI, USB etc. Now, the design of this host for the Mi Mural TV is also attractive. It looks exactly like the Mi Soundbar which was launched recently.

Coming to the price, Xiaomi’s Mi Mural TV starts at 6999 Yuan which is approximately Rs. 71000 in India. However, Xiaomi has not said anything regarding Mi Mural TV’s launch in India.
