Google has made an announcement which will make life easier for so many of its consumers. This announcement was regarding Google Pay and its partnership with PayPal. Google has announced that it will be expanding its partnership with PayPal so that you can have more ways to accept payments online for merchants. This means that you can take PayPal integration with Google Pay and accept payments right inside your Google Pay with anyone’s PayPal account. This integration will be available in all the 24 countries where you can link your PayPal account in Google Pay.

Once you have linked your PayPal account inside Google Pay, you will be able to do your transactions seamlessly. This means that you no longer to sign in every time you need to make a purchase with PayPal inside Google Pay. For this, customers will be able to choose payment methods between options such as PayPal, Credit card, Debit card and more at checkout.

This also means that PayPal integration will add onto the benefits that merchants already have with Google Pay and they will now have the ability to get the payments directly into the PayPal business account in minutes which took a lot of time earlier. Also, minimum processing requirements, as well as seller protection on select transactions, will be enabled.

If you are a merchant who is already using Google Pay along with PayPal, this integration will make your life much easier. However, there are a few things that you will need to keep in mind before enabling integration. For this, you will have to integrate some line of code which is mentioned on the Google Developer’s blog for your comfort. You can check it out and make sure that your PayPal x Google Pay integration goes well. Enabling this feature will attract more paying users as the process gets simpler in this way.
