  4. Click Create filter with this search.
  5. Make sure Delete it is checked under When a message arrives that matches this search.
  6. Click Create filter. and Check Also apply a filter to.

4. How to Export Your Gmail Contacts:

Gmail address book is simple to clean and easy to use. If you want to move all contacts to another Gmail account follow these steps.

To export your full Gmail address book:

  1. Select Contacts from the left Gmail navigation bar.
  2. Now click Export at the top.
  3. For a maximum of compatibility, select Outlook CSV format (or Outlook CSV).
  4. Both Outlook CSV and Google CSV export all data. The Gmail format uses Unicode to preserve international characters under all circumstances, but some email programs — including Outlook — do not support that. Outlook CSV converts names to your default character encoding.
  5. Click Export or Export Contacts.
  6. Download the “Gmail-to-outlook.csv” or “gmail.csv” file to your Desktop.
