EaseUS Partition Master Review

EaseUS Partition Master Review

When you first install a new system or even every once in a while we need to use a good partition manager to create, delete and manage our hard drive partitions. Though there are several partition managers available on the internet, EaseUS Partition Master is one of the best and here is how you can use it to create and delete partitions.

Features of EaseUS Partition Master

Though the EaseUS Partition Master is a free software, it has several useful features packed into it to assist you in managing your system partitions. Some of those features include but not limited to.

Installation and Usage

Note: while using EaseUS Partition Manager, make sure that you close all your applications and files. This ensures the safety of the installed applications and files.

EaseUS Partition Manager is very straightforward and easy to use. In my case, I want to delete partition so that I can use the resulting unallocated space to increase the C drive full size.

To start off, download EaseUS Partition Master from the official website and install it like any other software.

While installing the software, you might be prompted to install additional software (adware). If you like it install it, otherwise, select “I do not accept” and continue the installation.

Once the installation has been done, launch the software from the start menu. After opening the application, click on the button “Launch Application.”

The above action will take you to the EaseUS Partition Master home screen. The home screen displays all your current drives and partitions. As you can see from the image below, I have two partitions and I want to delete partition “E” so that I can resize the C drive.

To delete partition right-click on the partition you want to delete and then select the option “Delete Partition.” Since I want to delete partition E, I’ve done the same on the E drive.

As soon as you select the option Delete Partition, EaseUS Partition Master will show you a warning message. Just make sure that you have a good back of the partition you are going to delete and click on the Ok button to continue.

The above action will lock the action and you can actually see that the operation is in the pending state.

To complete the action of deleting the partition, click on the button “Apply” appearing on the top navigation bar.

With this action, EaseUS deletes the partition and marks it as unallocated space. You can use the unallocated space to increase the size of a drive or to create a new partition.

If you want to create a new partition then right-click on it and select the option “Create Partition.”

That’s all there is to do and it is that easy to delete the partition using EaseUS Partition Master. If you ever need to manage partitions in your systems then do give the software a try. After all, it is free for personal usage.
