Entrepreneurs are known for country development, and they have a lot of things to take care of and which requires support that can coordinate with the team members.

Not everyone can keep up with the information sharing on the projects and task we take on but entrepreneurs, enterprises require support, which can assist them in learning about the progress of the project and sharing the vital information to the Team members.

Taskworld Web App Review

For management, we take the necessary steps to ensure that the projects are finished on time. Taskworld lets you organize, update, share and finish the project faster. The only question remains “How”? Then let’s proceed to that point.

Everything starts with Signing up and it takes a couple of minutes, and you get 15 days of trial period. You can access all premium features for 15-days trial period. Let’s begin.

Step 1: You have to click on the “Try 15 Days Free” in the top right corner of the Website.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear, and you have to enter your Email, which you have access to because you are going to need it.

Step 3: Log into your email and check after three minutes or so for a confirmation email from the Taskworld. This is how it looks like and click on “Verify”.

Step 4: You will be redirected to Taskworld page and you have to select your language.

Step 5: You have to enter the necessary details in the empty fields.

Step 6: That’s it.

Dashboard

There are plenty of things you can see in the dashboard and it is very to use despite it looks complex.

Main Menu is in the right sidebar and all you need is located on the right sidebar.

1. (+ icon) To create anything (Task or Project).

2. Overview (Simply Dashboard).

3. Created Projects and Task list.

4. Groups (Number of teams members).

5. Chats.

How To Create a Project

Step 1: Click on the + icon in the Main Menu.

Step 2: Select “New Project.”

Step 3: A pop-up appears, and you have to enter the necessary details.

Step 4: This is how it would look like after adding the information. Make sure to add more members to the list.

Step 5: You have to select the “Template” based on the development. I have selected “Weekday.”

Step 6: As you can see below in the image, the seven-day work includes information and progress of the project.

Step 7: This is how you can add the progress details day-to-day basis.

• Description.
• Date
• A number of people.

After adding the information.

If you want to add Team members or Create a new Task, then the same steps can be followed. Adding a team member is super easy.

Communication

One of the amazing parts of the Taskworld is that they have excellent communication service, which lets us use the inbuilt service like chatting and email service.

You can send and receive messages from the Team Member and receive notifications of the projects every day or based on your settings.

So you don’t have to worry about the forgetting about the multiple Task and Projects you have assigned to a particular team.

Pricing

Like I have mentioned earlier that you get 15 days of free trial, where there is no restriction on the 15 days of the use. After 15 days of the prior usage, you can understand and get a complete idea on how useful the Taskworld is for small and major companies.

The number of features and options lets your business run smoothly without missing a detail. It does come with a price and here they are.

As you can see above that there are three packages available for the companies. I recommend smaller organizations to go for the $8/Month plan, which cost $96/Year only and offers 20GB free storage.

The second package offers unlimited services such as accounts, email & phone support and more. I think the package makes things simple for serious business people.

Note

Other than web app they do have dedicated apps for both Android and iOS devices.

Conclusion

There are several other Management software and web view services available in the world but Taskworld is improving their services and adding features to their packages to improve your business stability. Let us know what you think about the Taskworld Web App in the comments below.
