Step 2: Run printer troubleshooter

Go to settings. Keyboard shortcut: Win+I

  1. Find the Update & Security feature.
  2. Click on the Troubleshoot tab.
  3. Go to Additional troubleshooters.
  4. Click on the Printer troubleshooter to run it.
  5. Make the changes that are recommended.

Step 3: Uninstall and reinstall the printer

If you are still facing the same issue try to uninstall and reinstall your printer on Windows 10.

  1. Go to settings. Keyboard shortcut: Win+I
  2. Click on Devices and then select the printers & scanners option available.
  3. Go to the Epson printer and select Remove device.
  4. Disconnect the printer.
  5. Shut down and restart the computer.
  6. unplug the printer after turning it off.
  7. Leave it that way for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Now Boot the computer back up.
