Alcatel 1 Android Go Phone Unveiled

Alcatel has been known for its price effective mobile handsets. Android One and Android Go are the devices which are made for price-sensitive markets. Today Alcatel launched their first smartphone with Android Go. This handset is the cheapest handset of their lineup.

The phone is bound to be released in the next few days and will be up for people to get a hands on the same. Talking about the colors of the handset, it will be available in Gold, Blue, and Black color in the market. It seems the device looking like a regular model but if you consider the price it offers, you feel it is worth for the price.

The phone measures at 137.6 x 65.7 x 9.8 mm and owns a weight of 134g. As we know the phone is priced extremely low, hence it comes with just a small 5-inch display with 480p+ resolution. The screen is an 18:9 Ratio display which means it is a newly developed smartphone and not a rebranded old one.

The phone is offering a 1.3 GHz MediaTek SoC which is made upon the Cortex – A53 architecture. On the RAM and storage department, the phone is still stuck in late 2013 where we used to have 1GB RAM and 8GB of storage. Although as the phone is targeting the budget segment hence it is a good start.

On the camera front, it gets a 5MP camera at the back while on the front it gets a 2MP camera. The phone is powered with 2000 mAH battery and gets the usual Wifi, Bluetooth, and all other connectivity features.
