Apple iPhone 11 Users Complaining About A Random Green Tint Issue On Their Devices

We have seen that Apple’s control over hardware and software of their iPhones, in particular, is quite immaculate and top-notch. There are hardly any reports that the company’s latest iPhones have a display issue or a hardware issue while there might be software issues that get fixed very soon as well.

But we can say that no company is perfect and neither is Apple because they can have issues too. On the software side of things, we have seen that the iOS 13 release, as well as the macOS Catalina release, have not been great for them with loads of bugs that were seen few months after launch.

We believe that Apple has taken notice of the same and will be doubly sure before releasing iOS 14 or the macOS’ latest version this year.

On the other hand, we have a new issue that has been noticed by many iPhone 11 series users right now which also seems to be a software issue. Users of the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and the Pro Max are seeing a green tint on their display under very low brightness. If this would have been a defect in the display, it would have been seen much before.

But since this has been noticed just now, it might be an issue in the latest update from Apple. One user also commented the same while saying that “At first, I feared that it was a hardware issue — but then my mother’s phone started showing the tint. It’s just one more bug in iOS 13.5. They’ll probably fix it in 13.5.2 (or, well, iOS 14 beta)”.

Also, the users say that this issue is not persistent meaning that it goes away randomly and then comes back on random occasions as well. As per the report, “in most cases, the screen turns green right after unlocking the iPhone or when Dark Mode and Night Shift are activated”.
