Cloudflare has today announced that they are launching a new VPN service. This will be a new VPN service in addition to the ones already available out there from Opera and Firefox. However, Cloudflare has always focused on making the internet faster. But the users were not able to experience its faster speeds until now. With the launch of Cloudflare’s DNS named 1.1.1.1 which can also be configured with the same address, the company claimed it to be the fastest DNS. Yes, Cloudflare claimed that its 1.1.1.1 is even faster than Google’s 8.8.8.8

Now, the company is at it once again. This time, the company has come out with a new VPN service and described it as “the VPN for people who don’t know what VPN stands for.” Also, we must tell you that there is nothing wrong in not knowing what a VPN service is. There are millions of people out there who don’t know what a VPN is. Basically, a VPN is a virtual private network which means you can access internet of any country sitting at your home in a different country.

If you are browsing internet from a VPN, your location can be hidden as well as other details will not be trackable. Also, you can unblock various websites using VPN. But we have also seen that connecting to a VPN decreases your internet speed. This is what Cloudflare wants to correct with its VPN service, Warp. By the way, Warp is also the name of OnePlus’s latest fast charging technology as a matter of fact.

Cloudflare’s Warp VPN works with its DNS service, 1.1.1.1 obviously and it is claimed to be private and faster. Also, the company claims that even if someone is not using Warp as a VPN, it will make sure that “all Internet traffic is secured and optimized”
