Consumer Electronics Show, or CES, is a major event which takes place every year. This event is a major highlight at the beginning of every year and same is the case in 2019 too. As for the CES 2019, we have seen various new announcements. Now, Dell has announced some of their latest products at the CES 2019 as well. These products are among the Laptop lineup from the company. Dell has announced a refreshed version of their ever-popular flagship XPS 13.

As far as the major highlight of this XPS 13 is concerned, placement of the webcam on this Laptop has been changed now. Earlier, we saw that the XPS 13 9370 had a webcam on the chin of its display. This placement was due to the Infinity Edge display on the laptop. However, it meant that the webcam wasn’t pleasing to use at all. The main use of a webcam is to use it for video calling and conferences. But the Dell XPS 13’s webcam needed to be adjusted to see the face properly due to its weird placement. Dell has understood this drawback of their XPS 13 and are quick to fix this.

With the newly launched Dell XPS 13, the webcam has been shifted to the top which is conventional placement. However, we still have the Infinity Edge display on this laptop. Therefore, the HD webcam on this laptop is the smallest HD webcam ever from Dell. Apart from that, Dell also announced refreshed version of their Dell Inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1 Laptop. Both of these laptops are now powered by the latest 8th gen Intel Core processors which include the Intel Core i3, i5 and i7. On the Dell Inspiron 7000 2-in-1, Dell has included a pen garage hinge to place a stylus such as S-pen. Dell has also added a fingerprint sensor on the Inspiron 7000 2-in-1 inside the laptop’s power button.
