Huawei has just announced a new launch event which will take place in China. This event will be specific to the Mate series from the company. More specifically, Huawei will launch the latest Matebook at this event. Now, we already know that the Matebook launch was imminent. This is because Huawei hinted at it in the Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro series unveil. Now that the launch event invite is official, we get to know some more details about the Huawei Matebook.

First of all, it is known that it is capable of sharing 1000 photos with Mate 20 series phones in two seconds with a single button. Regarding more details about this transfer, we don’t have any details yet. But it is still a great feature to have for transferring files at such a massive speed. It was also noticed from the slides that this Matebook will be the regular one rather than the Matebook X. This means that the older Matebook will be replaced with this one.

From the poster released for the unveiling, we can see that it showcases a triple eye protection function on the device which will be the selling point. Now, many were hoping for this to be the unveiling of Matebook X from Huawei. However, those people will have to wait for some time as there is no indication of that launch anytime soon. As far as Matebook X Pro is concerned, we know that it has been loved by many people for various reasons.

For starters, the Matebook X Pro comes with 8th generation Core U series processors in i5-8250U and i7-8550U. The Matebook X Pro also started a thin-bezel revolution and came with a 91% screen to body ratio. It has a 3:2 aspect ratio with 4.4mm bezels around and comes with 3000 x 2000 resolution on the 13.9-inch display.
