The reports regarding next year’s iPhones are at an all-time high and this is unlike everything we have ever seen. Generally, it is observed that the upcoming iPhones are starting to get discussed by the first half of the year but this time around, the iPhones coming in 2020 have already started to be reported about by end of 2019.

While this shows that the 2020 iPhones are expected to be significant as well as huge in terms of sales, we can also say that the 2019 iPhones are not doing great. This was also expected since the design of the iPhone 11 Pro was seen from iPhone 10 onwards.

Another aspect is that the smartphones have started to feel all the same since we get most of the features if not all on other flagship phones too. But the iPhones next year are going to be huge since they are expected to have 5G support.

This means that Apple users will be able to take advantage of the 5G network. Talking about reports regarding the 2020 iPhones, Ming Chi-Kuo has been on the task ever since the 2019 iPhones got released.

He has already revealed that the iPhones coming next year will have 5G support, as well as four or five new models, will be released next year. He has also claimed that the iPhone SE 2 will arrive in the first half of 2020.

Now, Kuo notes that the price increase for next year’s iPhone will not be significant despite the 5G support and redesigned chassis.

As per MacRumors report, Kuo says that Apple “aims to offset the cost of 5G by reducing its supply chain expenses, potentially including dropping its upfront non-recurring engineering payment to suppliers of the redesigned metal chassis and frame for 5G iPhones”.

This shows that Apple is not willing to go further above the price of its iPhones starting at $999 as seen from last few years.
