OnePlus will be launching its T variant of the flagship smartphone today. As you might already know, the smartphone will be named as the OnePlus 6T. Now, this smartphone will succeed the OnePlus 6 which was launched 5 months ago. Keep in mind that OnePlus has a policy of releasing two flagship smartphones every year. This way the company can keep up with the demand as well as introduce new technology in their devices as soon as possible. Also, the time has now come that the company will unveil the OnePlus 6T to the public.
Talking about the launch event, the original event was supposed to happen tomorrow. Yes, the OnePlus 6T global launch event was scheduled for October 30. However, Apple announced its hardware launch event on October 30 too. Therefore, OnePlus conceded and re-scheduled the launch event to October 29. Keep in mind that the Indian launch event will happen tomorrow, October 30 as planned. Now, the global launch event will take place in New York this year.

Talking about OnePlus 6T from what we know so far, the device will have a 6.4-inch screen. OnePlus 6T will also have an in-display fingerprint sensor. Also, the battery on the smartphone will be bigger at 3700 mAh. The OnePlus 6T will have a whole new UI as well. Also, the smartphone will run Android 9.0 Pie out of the box.
