Samsung Launched First 8K TV With AI Powered Multi Features

SAMSUNG 8k SMART TV Q900 FEATURES

Earlier this year, At CES, Samsung showed the Q9S 8K TV, using QLED panels with AI technology, but that was just a concept. In the opening of IFA, Samsung officially launched its first 8K QLED TV to the market with the model number of Q900/Q900FN.

Although the design of Samsung’s Q9S TV is highly incredible, considering the 8K resolution, AI characteristics, 4000nits of peak brightness, support for HDR10+ standards, etc., which can be still called as living room spectacle.

The Q900 is available in 65-inch, 75-inch, and 85-inch sizes, but the US version of the Q900FN is only available in 85-inch. According to reports, this light quality sub-point display uses a full array of backlights (straight-in backlight partition control), and the AI algorithm can convert Non-8K picture into 8K resolution. Also, Samsung Q900 is very likely to support HDMI 2.1 interface, providing higher bandwidth than HDMI 2.0. The Q900 also enhanced with several modern features like built-in Bixby voice and Smart home, slim optical cable with the integrated input line, environment adaptive mode, and automatic detection input device.

In short, this TV is currently the strongest TV, almost no opponents. The only opponent worth looking forward to is the LG 88-inch OLED 8K TV. It will be listed in October of this year and the price has not yet announced. Fortunately, Samsung still did not let us down, but ready to start the 8K battle.

On this launch of 8K smart TV, Samsung reported, “We analyzed millions of low-resolution and high-resolution products through a database and used machine learning to develop algorithms for upgrading.”

But what the regrettable thing is that we don’t know the complete specifications and details of this Samsung’s Innovative TV. But, from the beginning of the CES to today’s IFA, Samsung has a strong brand appeal to open this 8K on quantum dot display technology.
