The devices will hit the Indian market by March 17th with a price tag of Rs. 48,900 for the S7 and Rs. 56,900 for the S7 Edge. Users can Pre-book the devices from today itself, and the company sweetened it by offering a free VR headset for all pre-bookings. Looking to the specs, the Galaxy S7 equipped with a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED Quad HD display with 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution while the S7 edge has a 5.5-inch wide display but same resolution. The elegant sides melts the displays to it by creating a catchy look. The design looks almost same except the curvy edges of the S7 Edge. The smooth finish gives a classy look with the hardness of the gorilla glass that protects the display from tears and damages.
Under the hood, both devices have same ae specifications including Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Processor/ Exynos 8890 processor, Adreno 530 GPU, 4GB RAM and 32/64GB ROM. In battery, there is a small difference. While the S7 have a 3000mAh battery, the S7 Edge has a 3600mAh one as describing the extra price of the model. There is a Dual Pixel 12MP with f/1.7 aperture primary camera in both devices and a 5.0MP one on the front. Nevertheless to say that, both of them powered by the latest 4G LTE connectivity alongside all other connectivity solutions like 3G, 2G, Wifi, Bluetooth, etc…
