Xiaomi is going to launch a bunch of new devices in India in the coming months. Now, the first of these devices is the flagship Redmi Note series by Redmi. We already know that Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 in China. It is about time that the company launches this smartphone in India.

Well, Xiaomi has announced that the Redmi Note 7 will launch in India on February 28. However, the interesting part is that Xiaomi may launch two new smartphones at this event. The second smartphone could be the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro. This is similar to last year when Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro. But the company only announced the Redmi Note 5 in China.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro is also seemingly confirmed by various Weibo posts as well as company’s official posts in China too. It should not be a secret that Redmi Note 7 Pro will be better than the Redmi Note 7. According to reports, Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 7 Pro will be the costliest Redmi smartphone ever. One reason for this could be because it will have a 48MP camera with Sony IMX586 sensor.

Also, one of the famous Indian leakers named Ishan Agarwal also shared pictures of the Redmi Note 7 and Note 7 Pro. However, there is no mention about the fact that Redmi Note 7 Pro will launch alongside Redmi Note 7 on February 28. What we do know is the fact that Redmi Note 7 Pro will be announced on February 28 in China.

In China, the Redmi Note 7 Pro is expected to be priced at CNY 2000. If we convert this into INR, the Redmi Note 7 Pro could be launched for Rs. 21000 in India. However, we know that Xiaomi is known for their competitive pricing and they will intend to do the same with Redmi Note 7 Pro. Moreover, Redmi Note 7 Pro is also expected to be powered by Snapdragon 670 SoC.
