Clean your Thumb

The most common trouble arrives when getting scanning is the false reading, you can troubleshoot this problem by cleaning your hands. Dirty and oily hands usually give a negative reading from touch ID. I’m not advising that always wash your hands before finger scan, it is not possible in all situations. Simply wipe your thumb finger with a soft cloth before the scan to get positive results.

Make Multiple Scans With the Same Finger
