While thinking about the RAM, we prefer the 4GB RAM variant. Because that variant also comes with a bonus of 128GB internal storage and 3D touch display. As there is no expandable storage option, it is better to go with the higher variant of internal storage.

Cameras are brilliant in performance. Though the megapixels are lesser than the usual standard, the micron pixel size did its magic in producing high-quality images. The 3200mAh battery would perform well for casual users.
