Now the system is much advanced and the SIM can be inserted into a tray which is placed outside the body of the smartphone. Even hybrid sim technology is there which allows using the SIM card as well as the memory card on the same slot.

Safety Pin
We can find a safety pin in almost anywhere in our house. Especially, if your wife or mom use the pin for their dressing purposes. They can be used for a fabric clothing together, as a nappy pin, now this can be used for ejecting your SIM card tray. Take a safety pin and gently push inside the SIM tray hole. Be sure to be careful while doing it and try to use a safety pin without an extremely sharp edge.
Needle
A needle is one of the tools which looks exactly same like SIM tool. The only difference is a SIM tool edge has a handle and needle is just plain. The other side both are very lean and easy to get into the SIM Tray hole. Just like we mentioned in the previous method, put the needle gently inside the SIM tray hole and open the SIM card tray.
Earring
An earring comes handy when you don’t have a SIM tool. The needle size perfectly matches the size of SIM tool. Apart from that, it is very easy to hold and handle it as it has a bigger side. When compared to a safety pin or needle, the Earrings are much more easy to handle. But, make sure to gently push inside the SIM hole, because most of the earring pins are weak, it may have chances to stuck inside the hole.
Thumbtack
Thumbtack, we usually see around offices and in some homes. It comes with a needle shape at the end and can be used for opening SIM tray very easily. Not all pins are suitable for the SIM hole, make sure the pin has the same diameter as the SIM tray hole. It is very easy to handle as it has a smooth holdeable part.
Mechanical Pencil
A mechanical pencil comes handy when you don’t have proper SIM ejection tool. The only downside of this alternative is breakage of the pencil lead. If you not properly push, there are some chances of breakage inside the SIM tray hole. Be careful when you use this SIM tool alternative.
Toothpick
A toothpick is a decent tool for ejecting SIM trays. They are available in almost all places, including homes, offices, restaurants, airports. It is one of the easiest to find tool for problem fixing. But the downside is that most of the toothpicks will be a little bigger to fit the SIM tray holes. But not all of them. So, if you find a suitable Toothpick, do not hesitate to use it for removing SIM tray.
