What is Exodus?

  1. Open Kodi Application on your PC, or boot your Kodi device.
  2. Once it boots up, open the settings from the top left corner which looks like a cog.
  3. Open file manager from the settings panel
  4. Now use the Add Source button to add the custom source so that you can download software located on that repositories also.
  5. Now in the resource type add up http://repo.lockdown.in and select ok.
  6. Highlight the box which is marked as a name for the media source, this is important for you otherwise we will get confused with the names at the later stage if you might have added a few repositories earlier.
  7. Now click on Ok and head to the next step.
  8. Move to the main menu or the home screen of Kodi.
  9. Head to the Add-ons option which is located in the left-hand menu and select the same.
  10. Use the browse option to browse for the repository you need to install from.
  11. Use Install from the zip file and proceed to the next step.
  12. Select the repository.lockdown-x.x.zip, x.x in the file represents the version of the Exodus you want to install, although only the latest one is preferred, still, if you found of any bug in the latest then you can manually select the previous release which is perfect for you.
  13. Now wait for the notification to arise, it might take time based on the performance of your Internet Connection and PC.
  14. Once the Notification Pops – Up you will have to choose Install from Repository.
  15. Select the Lockdown repository to install the software.
  16. Now from the different categories of the add-ons available, choose the Video Add-Ons.
  17. Select Resistance, and Install.
  18. You will get notification of the same once installed.

Let us have a look at the steps you need to go with to install the same on Kodi Krypton:

  1. Open the Kodi application on your PC, or boot your Kodi device.
  2. Open the settings option on your device.
  3. From the different options search for System Settings and open the same.
  4. Select Add-Ons from the system settings menu.
